Anneke Ruska - sleeping buddies //shot// -- they both value sleep and honestly, Severus likes Breeders, they're not affiliated with anyone and can be in any side (rocket or ranger or none) if they do wish! Honestly, I feel as if Severus and Ru would get along. They have respect and are quite elegant in their own way. Maybe dinner and a talk about how she's dreaming to be the very best breeder in the world…? Don’t know I am not skilled in this area asdfrewq. There's not much else I can say other than that, if you have any other ideas throw them my way, definitely!
Eleanor Hollis - I'm not too sure but since Eleanor is part of the rangers, there's a possibility they have crossed paths a few times and exchanged folders to give to the higher ups. Since she has done more desk jobs than field jobs, I feel as if Severus would be more of a guide to her than anything else. He's not really into any else, than probably having a few drinks between the two or something! I'm not sure what to put for these two, but you can throw anything at me, i'm literally just pulling things out of my gut right now
Harper Pruitt – ohmygod her fc is so gorgeous ♡ ilu for this and many other stuff too. Honestly not sure what Harper or Severus would do for interaction, but he can understand the no need for using your voice and the altercation of the voice for not using it for a very long time. Perhaps they travel together or something. I AM SORRY I SUCK AT THIS / SOBS/
Penelope Reed - so!! Another ranger and someone who is with flix lavis – honestly, both Flix and Severus need an adult to help their poor butts. ‘Cause….Somebody call 911! Sevvy and Flix are fire burning on the dance floor. Penny come over and be that adult for the two ‘Cause dear Lord there's going to be forest fires, house fire, trash fires, etc. HAVE FUN WITH FLIX AND SEVVY TOO.

Anneke Ruska - Dinner sounds nice! Perhaps she's thinking about doing a contract with the Rangers to help fortify their cadet's pokemon supply. Since they get an extra starter, she could possibly meet up with him and talk about it even though he's not like a commissioner or anything, he still might be interested. And then maybe a little apres-manger l'amour. -SHOT-
Eleanor Hollis - I was actually thinking that since Nori is the tech person for the rangers that they could meet up at some point, since he would probably need some tune-ups on his gear and such at some point.~
Harper Pruitt – THANKS! Wanna make her a boif? Justkiddingnotreally Harper could just be a travelling buddy at one point. Or maybe she has something happen while she's travelling, like a stolen pokemon or something? That could be a good starting point. She can't communicate without her psychic pokemon, and she prefers using Eva, her Espeon. So maybe Eva gets lost or something, and they have to track her down?
Penelope Reed - PENNY WILL BE SO FED UP WITH THEIR SHIT LMAO. But she loves Flix so she'll put up with it, and it'll be fun. They can go out for drinks and hang out all buddy-buddy with the three of them. Sev could be that friend who is always pushing them to ask each other out because they're clearly head over heels for each other.

Your idea is brilliant! Since she has offered to make a contract with the Rangers to fortify the pokemon supply and probably wanted to speak to the Ranger in charge, someone just throws Severus at her and although he's no commissioner (not yet at least gonna aim high) he would be extremely interested in it!

Harper Pruitt – you have no clue how much I am tempted to do that with kuroo fc, jfc tau. A travelling buddy for a limited amount of time would be great! With her becoming lost, maybe there's a search party and Severus (who's not part of the search party) came upon her and is all "you're lost? hmm, I can take you back to the city/town nearby" and they just get side tracked to the point where Sev is taking them the long way around

These two will get along like oil on water. They just seem to be opposites and I can see Mad doing almost anything in her power to possibly irk the ranger, cause trouble, etc. Rivals perhaps? Even if it's just Mad on one end angrily shaking a fist. That being said, it might be hilarious to see the two of them try to work together to stop a situation or get themselves both out of trouble? IDK.
Friends perhaps? Madcap could talk for hours and Mad is genuinely friendly person so I can see these two blending together easier? I could see Mad really appreciating Harper trying her best to make it on her own and idk, I just think they would mesh well? if you look past the rocket thing i mean..
madcap - I love your ideas! I think Penelope and her would have a very Tom and Jerry type relationship. Penny will always be trying to find a reason to arrest her, and Madcap will just be right into laughing her ass off and making fun of her.
As for Harper; she gets along with just about anyone. She won't hesitate to put people in their place. Perhaps we can have some sort of drama when Harper first finds out she's a rocket, but I can see her just kind of accepting it after a while and being like, "Alright, we can still be friends." kind of deal.
