Team Rocket members start off with one Pokémon of their own choice, and one random poison/ground/electric. They also get free poke balls, great and ultra balls depend on their rank in team rocket.

Pokemon trainers start off with one Pokémon of their own choice, two TM/HM's randomized that their starter can learn. Trainers get a 10PD reduction on level cost at the shop once their pokemon are higher than level 10.
0 - 2 Badges (Novice), 3 - 4 Badges (Advanced), 5 - 6 Badges (Proficient), 7 - 8 Badges (Expert), won against the E4 (Master)

Breeders are the lovely women and men who bring baby Pokémon into the world via their breeder farms! They provide eggs to willing customers, but they aren't allowed to challenge gyms due to their commitments.
If you choose to be a breeder, you will get one Pokémon of your own choice (excluding rares, except for starter Pokémon; excluding Eevee) and one random Pokémon of the opposite gender (of the same egg group). Breeders only get this as a bonus since they can have a farm and breed Pokémon for poké dollars.
0 - 10 pokemon caught (novice), 20+ pokemon caught (advanced), 30+ Pokemon caught (proficient), 40+ Pokemon caught (They must be different species)
