About: Rakutsu was born in the dessert region of Orre. This alone gives him the reputation of a 'Dessert Punk'. He lived with his grandfather and mother in their farm with family pokemon. He studied like a normal kid and gained a love for normal type pokemon and martial arts before leaving to travel to Johto. Friends:Rakutsu's main goal while traveling is to make as many friends as he can both pokemon and human. He finds this easy to do because, he always had a easy time making friends in his school. He can be a bit annoying or can complain about somethings sometimes when your around him long enough, but you can get pass that fast since he doesn't tend to stay like that long. As a friend of Rakutsu you will have his back and will have his protection by his own will. His trust will also be yours as long as he doesn't questions yours.Enemies: Rakutsu doesn't try to get people on his bad side at all. Unless someone really does something to spite him then they will be branded as a enemy.Lovers: Rakutsu doesn't really think of romance unless a girl really gets his attention.
